Time for an update

Hi Guys! Thought it was time for a little update, so here goes. News... As you can all see I am now 23 weeks pregnant, gosh it is going sooooooo quick. Worked out the other day Makayla will be just 13 and a half months old... That spun me out a little. How am I going to cope? Talking about going fast, Makayla will be 1yr old in 8 days! Holy crap! Where the heck has all that time gone? Don't think she will be walking for her birthday, but I seriously am not that worried, won't be able to stop the little munchkin after she does, and while I'm pregnant, not really looking forward to having to run after a toddler! She has just started walking along the furniture, slowly, and when she wants to. She'll easily let go of the table and grab hold of me, and a few weeks ago she wouldn't do that at all. We got the wiggles from my bro and she absolutely loves them! Will stand up near the TV and watch them and start bobbing up and down, she is so funny to watch. OH! and she says mummy and daddy now! We couldn't believe it, that's TWO syllables! Good on her the champ!

Have started to get her birthday organized. Bought all the plates, cups, decorations and everything else I needed today. I still have the get the food next friday though but lucky for me I got friday of so I will be able to bake the cakes and get all the food and get everything ready. Sweet. I can't wait until her party it's going to be so much fun, but a bit stressful too! I will be glad when it's over! I will definatly post some pictures on here of it!

We are still trying to figure out names for the new baby. I am going to let michael to choose the name and i will pick one I like I think. Unless he comes up with really bad names! lol.

Alright, will post later. Catch you all later! Meggles

Makayla decided she would be a rat bag!! Last night, I had made us all dinner (makaylas was special left over meatballs and vegies) So what did she decide to do when I turned around? Grab hold of the bowl and put it all over the ground. ARGH bloody typical! I got a picture of her looking at it, and then the pick of it all on the ground... She really is a good kid.

Michael cleaned it all up which was nice, While I made her some new dinner. I was cranky to start with, then I just laughed my arse off.
I haven't felt the new baby girl kick much at all atm, been a bit sad am looking forward to the kicks again. I do feel her move around different places as I know she is sitting in one spot then another about an hour later. Does that make sense?
Michael and I have been talking about names, but anything I like he doesn't. LOL. So far my favourites are Caitlin (which mick doesn't like at all) Aleisha (which he thinks sounds too much like his sisters name elissa?? Does it??? I dont think it does... anyways) and the other name I like which michael SORTA likes is Sophia. I decided I don't want to continue with naming the kids all with M names, cause we will probably have a number three so I don't want to keep it going. I know the middle name is probably going to be grace. I like that name. I think mick like it... I dunno haven't really asked... so that might bloody change too. Argh jolly males (no offence those males who read this lol)
Alright im gunna go have a nap while my baby is. Talk to you all later !!

Hi all! We are home now!!! Got home yesterday, but was a bit busy unpacking, had to go get groceries all that fun stuff. Makayla seems to be on the way to being better, she hasn't had any major temps since sat which is FANTASTIC. She is also back to her usual healthy self, sleeping through the night (yay) mick and I finally got a good nites sleep (the both of us) the beds at the hospital ain't very nice at all! They said in the end she had a bit of everything, tonsilits, gastro and a bad viral infection. Looks like the last antibiotics worked, they put her on a stronger antibotic on friday nite when she hit 40+ temps! And to think, they had tried to send us home friday! She got the drip put back in on friday nite and mick said it was a pretty bad nite, she didn't sleep much. She slept heaps sat nite when I went back in, she must of been so worn out. Slept the WHOLE nite! Sunday she was a bit up and down but she was a lot better, and that night she didn't want to sleep and I feel asleep with her standing in her cot looking at me! The little rat! At least she wasnt screaming!
Michael and I are having a really hard time trying to find a name for our new baby. He doesn't like any names I like and I don't like any he likes. ARGH and he told me he doesn't like the name caitlin. ARGH. Oh well we will see how we go. Got 18 weeks to decide lol. Better be 18 weeks!!! (maka came early remember!)
Alright im going to go and do some housework while the little girl is asleep. Catch ya later

Quick update before I go to bed (im so zoned out this maybe a bit weird...) Makayla was admited to hospital on Thursday night/friday morning. We took her up on thursday night 12:00 and we're at the emergency getting bloods taken, xrays, had a canula (however u spell it) inserted. On thursday morning she had a temperature of 38.5 then she was hot again in the afternoon, and then that night before we took her up she had a temp of 39.2! Anyways, they did the bloods and they showed abnormal white cell counts so they put a drip in and started her on antibiotics. It looked like she had tonsilitus and a viral infection. We She seemed okay today, had a fever still but it went down before we left at 3:45pm. Then I dropped mick to work while i went to the chemist, went to see my friend paula who works down stairs from mum n dads office, where she started going purple and shaking. Scared the shit outta me. I took her up to mick she was burning up. 39.8 was the highest temp we got. Straight back up, and she is still there. They do seem to think she has a really bad throat so prob tonsilitus, but she also still has a cold and cough. We have to see how she goes. I am home tonight as I got to bed at 4:30 and had an hr and half sleep and an hr at the hospital. I am so tired, so i will update more later. Please pray for our little girl.

While makayla is asleep, I thought I'd update. I have been cleaning out the front room today, and when I was doing that I decided that I really want a bigger house. I talked a week (or about that) ago about the fact we are going to build out on the farm but that's not going to be for a few years. I talked to michael today and the bank and they have told us what to do if we want to renovate. We want to cut the bay window out and do another living area and a office/music room. I also want to do a patio and a double drive way (we only have a single one atm) Also I really want to get another shed with power out the back so we can put all the stuff from the garage into the shed so I can use my garage again! lol but then I also want to put a sprinkler system in and fix the back yard up so we have grass and no cat heads! So that's what we are going to do. I hope! We have to draw up the plans and then see how much it's going to cost and then take our ideas to the bank and hope they will say yes so we can do it. It will be so nice if we can. It'll add value to our house too. We are just thinking about it, dunno if it's going to happen but we'll wait and see. We have to make sure we can afford it too. That's my news :)
