A Londoner parks his brand new Porsche in front of the office to show it off to his colleagues. As he's getting out of the car, a lorry comes speeding along too close to the kerb and takes off the door before zooming off.

More than a little distraught, the Londoner grabs his mobile and calls the police.
Five minutes later, the police arrive.

Before the policeman has a chance to ask any questions, the man starts screaming hysterically: "My Porsche, my beautiful silver Porsche is ruined.No matter how long it's at the panel beaters it'll simply never be the same again!"

After the man finally finishes his rant, the policeman shakes his head in disgust.

"I can't believe how materialistic you bloody Londoners are," he says. "You lot are so focused on your possessions that you don't notice anything else in your life."
"How can you say such a thing at a time like this?" sobs the Porsche owner.
The policeman replies, "Didn't you realise that your right arm was torn off when the truck hit you."
The Londoner looks down in horror ........

"F @*K ING HELL !" he screams........ "Where's my Rolex ????..."

Hi All! Sorry I haven't "blogged" in a while, been rather busyish. So what's been happening? Gee that means I have to think!
On Tuesday I had my brother Paul and his wife Lyndal and their two gorgeous kids (Greg and Mitchell my two nephews) come over for lunch. That was nice, and whilst they we're here we had Lyndal receive a call from secret shopper so we all went out to tea at the hogs breath. They we're pretty shit! Michael and Paul's steaks we're both undercooked, the service was really bad.. but I suppose I do work in hospitality!
On Wednesday, hmmm... I'm trying to remember what I did... I think that's the day I did all my, like, 7 loads of washing! I then hung them all out AND had to bring them inside.
Thursday was lovely... it rained! I was out and about for a little of the day so I went and got some shopping and then Lyndal rang to tell me they had downloaded the next lost so I went and got it from them and it was pretty good, although Paul and Lyndal both we're like "oh my god it's like so good" but I didn't think it was anything special, but it was pretty cool. It's a good show hooks you on like anything. Oh, for anyone who doesn't know I have seen about 6-7 more episodes than what's been shown on TV as Paul downloads them off the net.
Friday (yesterday) I went to lunch with my Mum and Dad (Nan and Cookie) and had Chinese, it was still raining yesterday. I then went to spend all Michael's pay (on bills!) and put some more money on my tiny tots laybuy (which is a new car seat for Makayla - so the new baby can have Makayla's old seat.)
Makayla has been such a good girl. She is starting to really talk now, I think she has discovered her voice. She finally took the step today to stand up all by herself, well kinda, she used the lounge as support but she has never stood up without using us because I think she has been too scared. Anyways, you'll see what I mean if you watch this video CLICK HERE TO SEE IT She is so clever! She decided that she would do that today :)

Well that's a pretty good blog I reckon, Oh, on one more very exciting note... We find out next Thursday what the babies sex is going to be! I so can't wait!! Will let everyone know on here!

Hi peoples. Not a lot has happened since I last blogged on here - I've been stressing like anything (but I think the hormones are flying high atm) Makayla has been such a good girl... This morning, michael and I were both soooo tired. Michael got up and gave makayla some wheatbix for breakfast, then gave her a bottle and put her back to bed. Then he came back to bed, and I could hear makayla (im not sure when) I do know she prob went to sleep for a little while, but she was in her cot just playing quietly with her bottle (banging it on the cot and banging on it) She prob did this for about two hrs while we caught up on sleep. I can't believe she is such a good kid that will do that for us. We are so blessed. Then we went and got some groceries (it is so much easier when I have michael with me. He always plays with Makayla when she is trying to grab at apsolutly everything in the store. We came home and I gave makayla a ham and cheese sandwhich that she then proceeded to chuck all over the floor. Here's proof (the little rat)


She is so funny I was just being silly saying "oh i'm soooo mad at you" and she got really upset cause she thought I was serious - I then reassured her I wasn't and she starting smiling. She is such a character. Well I don't have much more to blog, and I have to go and do some washing and some folding up (the housework never ends - and my lazy husband, well we wont go into that!!! heheh)

I worked out today... I must be a true blogspot person. Myspace has been mucking up, badly for some people, and I don't think I trust it. I have decided that I am going to go back to blogging on here for the time being. I decided that I would start a new blogspot too. So welcome to my new blogspot. I don't know how much time I will have to blog, but I can still blog a little. I will be able to put pictures on here more easily.
Okay enough on that. Well - What's been happening. Not much has been going on, Just the usual housework, working etc etc. Makayla is getting so smart! She is now jumping in her jolly jumper! She is soooo cute! She used to just spin around in it and now she has heaps of fun jumping. She is asleep atm - she's so worn out poor darling. On monday, I went and saw my new nephew mitchell on monday when makayla was at daycare. He is so cute cept the poor darling has jaundice, so he looks pretty yellow. But he is still so cute. We then (paul, lyndal, greg, mitchell and myself) went to orana mall and greg got some pictures taken on a motor bike (and he didn't want to get off!) It was pretty funny.
I am trying not to stress out too much atm, I am just stressing over this whole new baby thing. Only cause I'm scared we are not going to have enough money and we wont cope (I know we will we always do) plus my mum and dad will help us out if we are really bad. We coped with makayla so I don't know why I am so worried. I did a list of things that I need for the new baby today and I was like 'oh my gawd there is so much stuff I need!!!' stuff like
*bottles
*formula
*clothes (as it is a different season to when makayla was born - and it could be a boy)
*another car seat (I laybuyed one last week)
* nappies
that's just for the new bub, I also have to get stuff for makayla while im not working such as
*nappies
*formula
But then I have to worry about food for us. It just goes on and on and on. Im trying not to stress.... Stress is bad forA the baby. Breathe megan breathe. LOL. I know we will be okay, I'm just worrying about nothing. Thank god the baby bonus will help. It's just a matter of surviving until it comes in!
Okay well that's enough babling... We are sooo broke atm too we just are not winning atm. DARN. I'm gunna shut up about money. It's so depressing.
Righto... I'm gunna go have a sleep whilest my girl is.
