Oh dear - I think ice is going start forming inside our house... It's SOOOOOOOOOO COLD!!! dunno what the temp is but it's bloody freezing! Well why makayla is watching some wiggles, I thought I would update on some news.
The other night we had our friends paula and matt over for dinner and their little daughter sarah over. Makayla had heaps of fun playing with sarah! She kept crawling after her the whole night - sarah is a lot quicker than makayla! They played with Makayla's new birthday present (the big block) and they we're having a wonderful time. I'm so proud of Makayla she is growing up soooo fast though!


Makayla is loving baths now she has discovered how to splash and she loves it! She is always doing it now! I got a couple of pictures of her (you can see the water moving).


Yesterday makayla started clapping her hands! She has never done that before! I'm so proud of her! I'm not sure how to put videos on here... so I will update it later.
We might be going to griffith this weekend. Michael's grandma and grandpa lives up there, and he isn't very well atm. So we are going to go either friday afternoon or saturday morning (I have to see if I can get friday night off work first.) I'm looking forward to going away. In a couple of weeks I would like to go to sydney to visit my family again, haven't seen them in a while. I know all my family reads my blog so at least they get to see pictures of makayla!

Thought it was time for an update. So... whats been happening. Lots atm, I have been really tired and worn out. I so can't wait until I finish work! I wish I could finish tomorrow! 6 1/2 weeks to go, seems to be taking forever. I would finish earlier, cept had some bad news yesterday (which really shitted me!!) Thought I had almost paid off a bill (a bill that was $534) when I indeed hadn't, as the money had been bouncing back into my account and silly me I hadn't even realised! So now I have to pay all this money!! So I would probably end work sooner/just cut back on shifts. Well.. so much for that! Oh well, crap happens, and I just have to work through it. I'm pretty angry though. How could u miss this?????
Asked my gyno why I have been so sore (my belly has been really sore, much more than it was when I was pregnant with makayla) He said that it's because I have makayla and I am always picking her up and carrying her around and stuff. I also have been umming and arring (still) about breast feeding. He had a look in a book called "the bible" lol and it said that they dont know the effects of breastfeeding while being on epelim. So it looks like we are deffinatly going to be bottle feeding this little bub. I'm a bit dispointed, but it will be better for the little baby, so that's all that matters.
Even though everyone is voting that they like Anna louise better (lol) we have decided we are going to use the name Stephanie grace. I like that name a lot more. And if for some funny chance it comes out a boy it will be timothy michael.
Well I wanted to write heaps more, but I am sooooo tired and I better go to bed while makayla is sleeping. Shall update more later.

I hope this works, my computer is being a pain in the arse! So, time for a update... went shopping with michael today, actually got him out of the house (OMG) He had to get a hair cut (gosh it was bad!!) it was so long. I went to a new store called allens, which had a sale on HEAPS of stuff, it had a sale on cutlery and the set of cutlery that I have wanted for AGES they are pistol grip ones, my mum has them and I really like them anyways they were half price saved like $65 got them for $63 so now I have a really nice set of knives and forks (see bellow picture of them)Got michael to take a picture of me the other day, and my belly bump. You can definatly see it now!! I have been feeling the baby a lot now. It's so cool. We are still trying to decide on a name, it's so annoying. This is the list I made the other day:

Goodness my computer is being a pain in the butt, just had to restart, thank god my blog was saved. This picture was makayla with mick, she was really tired poor girl. We put her to bed after this.
I gotta go, I have to go and make some dinner before I go to work. Oh, and I haven't told you all! I have decided to stop work due to having a second bub, My last day is the 5th of August. Money will be tight but we don't care, I am finding it really hard being at work all night I get too tired and grumpy, plus I can help mick look after the girls. Prob means we will have our number 3 child a bit sooner too (wonder if it will be a boy... hehehe or twin girls NOOO!! hehe)

Makayla had her birthday party on Saturday night. It was a good nite, for her anyways, I was so worn out by about 9pm when everyone started to leave. Poor Makayla had sleeps during the day, not very big ones, but she was tired by 7:30pm and wouldn't even eat her cake she was so tired.


Mick had to help her cut her cake... I had to help her blow out the candle as she didn't really get the idea...
Today was her birthday, we didn't really do anything special, as she had her party on sat so I wasn't really fussed. She got some peek a boo blocks today from us and she loves them! She has been really naughty lately with sucking on her fingers (specially her thumbs) so we have had to be really tough on her, and tell her no and pull them out. We have to put socks on her hands, the socks are mine cause they are bigger... but the trouble with this is that she used to use her sucking on her thumbs to get her to sleep. So we are going to have a few rough nights ahead of us. of course, i feel like the biggest meanie on the planet cause all she wants to do is suck suck suck and mummy wont let her. Tell me I'm not the worse mummy in the world!?!?!?!?!
Alright, will talk to you all later, am going to watch some CSI b4 going to bed. NITE!

Are you considering having children? To determine whether you are truly prepared for the experience, we suggest you take this set of simple tests...

** MESS TEST:
Smear peanut butter on the sofa and curtains. Now rub your hands in the wet flower bed and rub on the walls. Cover the stains with crayons. Place a fish stick behind the couch and leave it there all summer.

** TOY TEST:
Obtain a 55-gallon box of Legos. (If Legos are not available, you may substitute roofing tacks or broken bottles.) Have a friend spread them all over the house. Put on a blindfold. Try to walk to the bathroom or kitchen. Do not scream (this could wake a child at night).

** GROCERY STORE TEST:
Borrow one or two small animals (goats are best) and take them with you as you shop at the grocery store. Always keep them in sight and pay for anything they eat or damage.

** DRESSING TEST:
Obtain one large, unhappy, live octopus. Stuff into a small net bag making sure that all arms stay inside.

** FEEDING TEST:
Obtain a large plastic milk jug. Fill halfway with water. Suspend from the ceiling with a stout cord. Start the jug swinging. Try to insert spoonfuls of soggy cereal (such as Fruit Loops or Cheerios) into the mouth of the jug while pretending to be an airplane. Now dump the contents of the jug on the floor.

** NIGHT TEST:
Prepare by obtaining a small cloth bag and fill it with 8 to 12 pounds of sand. Soak it thoroughly in water. At 8:00 PM begin to waltz and hum with the bag until 9:00 PM. Lay down your bag and set your alarm for 10:00 PM. Get up, pick up your bag, and sing every song you have ever heard. Make up about a dozen more and sing these too until 4:00 AM. Set alarm for 5:00 AM. Get up and make breakfast. Keep this up for five years. Look cheerful.

** PHYSICAL TEST (WOMEN):
Obtain a large beanbag chair and attach it to the front of your clothes. Leave it there for 9 months. Now remove 10% of the beans.

** PHYSICAL TEST (MEN):
Go to the nearest drug store. Set your wallet on the counter. Ask the clerk to help himself. Now proceed to the nearest food store. Go to the head office and arrange for your paycheck to be directly deposited to the store. Purchase a newspaper. Go home and read it quietly for the last time.

** FINAL ASSIGNMENT:
Find a couple who already have a small child. Lecture them on how they can improve their discipline, patience, tolerance, toilet training, and child's table manners. Suggest many ways they can improve. Emphasize to them that they should never allow their children to run riot. Enjoy this experience. It will be the last time you will have all the answers.
